I was able to walk right in and get assistance. I was given different options other than what I asked for and I ended up getting the suggested item that the store employee offered me.

I didn’t receive the free Pandora bracelet and my order was of $365.70 I was not even told about the promotion. I found out because I missed to purchase a gift and when online to order something else. This is very wrong. It feels like Pandora always fault advertising free stuff, this is not the first time I had an issue with a promotion.

I went there on Sunday before 11am. Bora came out and lined us up, she was very nice and friendly. Before you know it we were inside and got our charm for mom . The workers there rock very friendly and nice. Bora was the best 100%

I was highly satisfied with the quality of Fatima the sales associate that helped me today. She was very thoughtful in suggesting any charms or gift sets that could be close to the gift i was looking for. Im am sure that my gift will not make my family member.

I love the service, but the process is kinda uncomfortable where there's no way to see all the type of charms fast or easy enough.
