My salesperson Shaniya was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & most of all personable. The shopping experience in any store is better when salespeople know how to interact with customers, identify needs and suggest products without being pushy. Well Done!

Today is my birthday and i had the pleasure of being assisted by Adina at the Willow grove location. She was very informative and made nice suggestions. She showed patience and gave me tips on how to care for my jewelry. I learned new things today and left the store happy with new arm candy. Thank you.

This store is clean, staff is friendly, so far I haven’t got any issues, only one time I was looking for something specific it was sold out , never was told when was going to be available. Before I forget the first time I purchase a bangle with charms that I spend over 200.00 a Christmas present for my daughter, two days later we had to return it was too big for her and the manager at that time gave me a hard time. Christmas was on a Saturday I went back on Monday he said “we don’t do returns” that make me not to come back for a while. But now people are friendlier,..

I needed a new bracelet to replace my other one that was too big. Sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked for her advice before making a decision and she provided good advice.

I was highly satisfied with the phenomenal service that I received from every sales associate. Everyone was polite and very helpful! I also received helped with building my bracelets!!

All of the staff was very knowledgeable, especially Ava who helped me pick out a bracelet. She made picking out charms easy by providing me with options and suggestions. I also like how she was patient with me and allowed me to take my time.
