I wanted to treat myself to a charm for the holidays, but remembered how it was last year with the long lines and waiting forever. I got my gift in advance this year to avoid all that and I was the only one in the store so it worked out great. My sales woman tried to change my address to my new address and wasn't able to edit. I went to the pandora store unsure of what I want. Sell person was excellent her customer service was great and she was in tune on what I liked. She helped me ever step of the way. I left very satisfied with what I brought and will be coming back soon.

I have been in the Willow grove Pandora store. The sale personnel are also knowledgeable,courteous and friendly. They always go the extra mile to help purchase items that really are compatible. I love shopping at this location. Easy convenient store
