I am satisfied with my experience because Morgan was so friendly, bubbly and also Pleasant to work with. I like that she called me Unc! I love my BB8 charm.

Sales associates Perla and Morgana were welcoming; knowledgable and friendly! They helped me with my vintage beads and we were able to create several new bracelets!

I had a nice time! I really wanted to go in as I have never been to pandora before. Waiting in line to get in was kind of a drag but the line moved fast luckily. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured at all by her which is huge key for me.

I visited the Willow Grove location. Both times I have had wonderful experiences. I choose some beautiful rings and the staff is outstanding. It’s a great experience. While this isn’t high end upscale jewelry they make you feel like you are on 5th Ave in NYC.

I always come in with a vague idea of what I want, but I'm always open to suggestions. I was in and out, with no problem.

The service I received from Sarah A (207244) was exceptional. She was able to assist me with my return without any problems and provided me with the solution about what I needed to do about a previous item I had purchased but couldn't complete the transaction in the store because of the expired time. I truly appreciate her patience with me and I will definitely visit the store again and will ask for her. Keep up the great work Sarah A.

When I arrived to the store I was greeted promptly by every available agent in the store. I arrived just before closing and they were eager to help and assist me with my purchase. I forget the agents name off the top of my head (Amaya-lin?) I think her name was. She is very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I don't really shop at Pandora but the experience was far better than the first time I had came to a different Pandora in 2019.
