The Salesperson was very knowledgeable. Once I told her what I was looking for, she brought out several options for me to chose from. She made me feel very comfortable with my selections. I came in for 1 charm & I wind up buying 2 beautiful charms, thanks to your Salesperson. She even listened intently to my reason as to why I was buying a charm(s). Her personality made you feel welcomed.

The employee was attentive, he was knowledgeable, he was pleasant and went above and beyond. I purchased 4 new charms for my mother and he put my 2 new charms on my bracelet and cleaned my bracelet for me. He also recommended a ice cream store and treat to try while I waited. I was gone 6 min came back and my items were bagged and ready. I was DELIGHTED
