The sales associate, Bora, was amazing in every way! She is enthusiastic about the products and knowledgeable. I was buying a bracelet for my granddaughter who lives in Australia, and I am very excited about my purchase. We even found a Pandora store in her city, in case the bracelet doesn't fit right! I'm a very happy customer.

All the associates were very friendly and the store was very clean and organized!

My sales person which was Beatrice was nice and helpful. She offered to clean my pandora bracelet and to add on my pieces that I brought. Beatrice looks forward to seeing me again.

She made me feel very welcome, she ask what i needed help with, got what i needed and with a few other chioces, Ms Bora wasn't pushy like other sale person, that expect you to buy what you DON'T need.
