I was highly say with my visit to Pandora (Willow Grove) due to Patrick’s outstanding customer service from the greeting he gave me as I entered the store, to his willingness to assist & suggest merchandise according to the specifications I gave him, as well as Patrick informing me of the promotional savings/perks I would receive by applying for credit for my purchase. I truly felt his willingness to help, I was very pleased with his knowledge of the merchandise & his overall ability to help bring my vision to life. I can honestly say that I felt like my presence and my dollar was valued. Kudos to Patrick because unfortunately great customer service is becoming a thing of the past.

Every time i have come in to this store the associate are always able to find for me just what i was looking for especially when i wasn't even sure what i wanted. I did once have a problem where one of my ends came off and one of the associates tried to help me, although it was never really fixed i was very appreciative that she tried to help.

The service was great. Sales associate was very Pleasant and patient. She was very helpful an showing different charms. She had wonderful attitude. I liked the rings she was wearing and she shared that she purchased them from Pandora. I will go back again when I am ready to purchase rings.
