The representative who assisted me (Bora) was very knowledgeable of the items in the store. In addition she made me feel very comfortable during my initial experience.

Ok was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate was very very sweet she helped with everything, I was pleased with how nice she was and how helpful she was, she helped me pick out some pieces and showed me many pieces that she thought would look nice on me she was very very helpful and I have no complaints.

My son wanted to buy a bracelet that was on display and wasnt sure he could. They sale associate didnt know either and said she would have to talk with manager said yes and my son was delighted and bought it!!

I was highly satisfied because, there was a line outside the store when I arrived and it moved very swiftly. Upon entering the store, I noticed that they cleaned after everything in their stations before the customer was allowed in the store.. that was Awesome! I absolutely loved my associate, she asked me questions, looked at my bracelet for ideas that she could recommend to me. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.
