I love the sales people and the way the stores are set up. Very cheerful. One problem though, every time I go into the stores to purchase charms etc. you never have any of the give aways left to give away. This is very disappointing. I have run into this problem quite often lately.

Lauren at the Willow Grove Mall Pandora was my sales associate. She was very sweet and personable. She helped me and my best friend out and assisted me in adding charms to my bracelet and to the one I purchased for my mother. We were very pleased with her!
