Usually I am very frustrated when I walk into a Pandora store because they are never organized; however, I had a different experience this time. The cleanliness and organization of the Deptford location exceeded my expectations. The staff was eager to help me and very, very friendly! In the future, I will only be going to this store!

I was greeted at the door, which is very welcoming. I was asked if I needed any help, which I did need. When I informed the sales lady that I would like to walk around and look, she excused herself and let me know to let her know when I need assistance. In all it was a perfect visit to your store came out with 2 purchases and some ideas for Mom day gifts.

My granddaughters brought me a ring with my birth stone for my birthday, but they did not have my size. We searched all the stores in our area, no size 7. 1 day before the 30 day exchange policy, I called customer services and they were able to assist me with exchanging the ring. I am waiting for my exchange to arrive. Thank you for all your assistance.

Sales girl was knowledgeable and patient with me. She showed me a variety of what I was looking for and once I selected my purchase she prepared my gift by putting it in a beautiful box and now I have a beautiful gift for someone special.

This store is always amazing! The associates are very nice and helpful, and the store is always clean and organized. Pandora at the Deptford Mall is the best!!
