The store operated efficiently to get customers in and out. The sales associate (Erynn) listened to what I was looking to find/purchase. She knew her inventory, quickly made suggestions, showed examples, packed/wrapped/sold the charm with practiced ease, and made the buying experience extremely pleasant. If it weren't for the mask, you'd see that she had a smile on her face as she help another customer and moved onto the next.
