The item I was looking for was sold out online. I called to see if by chance it was available at the store for pickup and thankfully it was. The associate was super pleasant and willing to hold it for me until I was about to get to the store (about 2 hrs later) to pick it up. Once I was at the store my order was waiting for me. It was a great and friendly experience during these very trying times.
