The Salesperson who assisted me today was very happy and had a big smile on her face. She was very welcoming, overall it was a great experience in the store!

The staff and manager (Terri) at the Deptford Nj store are THE BEST!! I came BACK to this store(I was just in last week LOL) to bring my Mom and the ladies didn't disappoint! Sienna was very patient and helpful. She took lots of time helping my Mom (72) find exactly what She was looking for and THEN in swoops the manager Terri (hope that's the correct spelling!) to solve a problem my Mom was having with one of Her Pandora bracelets She had received as a gift. Sienna measured my Mom's tiny wrist and fit Her with just the right bracelet to hold all of the beautiful charms my Dad who we lost almost 3 years ago had given to Mom as gifts. Of COURSE I also had to purchase two charms LOL! The ladies in this store are very knowledgable, PLEASANT and friendly and I will be returning OFTEN!!!

The reason why I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience is because, able to get the 2020 Holiday promotion BEFORE Black Friday. Loved getting 35% off on ANY Friday in November! Love seeing the NEW 2020 Holiday Collection.
