Today Gianna D. Was very helpful. She knew where things were located. She made get suggestions. She also stopped checkout to look for two more items that we had seen in the book. Which so located in no time!!!!

The manager is someone I have been dealing with for years. I have 6 pandora bracelets of varying kinds. She is always so pleasant and personable. Even when I am not in for a while she still remembers me and we talk as if old friends. She makes the experience above and beyond great.
