The whole experience was great. Julie greeted me as soon as I entered the store and was very knowledgeable about all items that I inquired about. Julie took her time and showed me a multitude of things that I would possibly like. She was very patient and held small talk throughout my experience.

Manager was very pleasant and took care of all my needs. I made a mistake on a couple charms and went back next day with receipt and manager quickly exchange and reset my whole bracelet to make sure it looked perfect.

Becca was very friendly. I was able to get my bracelet cleaned. I bought a gift for my sister in law and a charm for myself. I then returned to the store and purchased a bracelet for myself. When I went to wear it, it wasn't quite what I was looking for, and Becca recommended another bracelet. I loved it and purchased it. I was very pleased with my visit.

I was greeted with a welcome voice with gave me a warm feeling. The sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she was able to show me some beautiful pieces. The showroom was inviting with the gorgeous display of Pandora's jewelry.
