I went to Pandora to exchange spacers. I changed my mind and wanted smaller ones. They were in stock and the exchange process was quick. I was greeted with a smile and received exceptional service.

I originally bought the bracelet and a religious charm for my 8 year old granddaughter's communion. Now it is her birthday and I bought a high heel shoe for my husband to give her because they have a special game they play about a shoe. I also bought her the initial "G" for her name. Later on I will bring her to the store so she can pick out a charm of her choosing. A little disappointed that the store didn't have the "red" shoe that I saw on line but this one is nice too. Salespeople are always very helpful.
