Employees are always very friendly. I told the employee what the charm looked like and she knew exactly what I was looking for. All together, my husband and I bought 4 charms and I couldn’t b happier 😃

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience overall because of the friendliness of the associate the knowledge of what I was looking for and her being able to find it in a timely fashion. I was in and out in just minutes which meant alot because I was pressed for time and in a hurry.

Gianna was friendly and prompt. She was able to do my return and recommended 2 additional items that she said I needed. She let me pick the charms I liked but I basically selected the cheapest ones that still look nice. Great experience!
