Gianna helped me while in the store. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. She helped me clean my Pandora ring because it changed color from going into the pool from the chlorine but she made it look brand new. And she also helped me purchase a new ring as well.

I have had my bracelet and charms since Pandora became available. I like the selections.I also appreciate the free cleaning.
