Associate was very helpful and friendly. She offered to clean my bracelet for me while I was there. She showed me a great pair of matching earrings to go along with the ring I purchased.

Prior to going to the store I shopped online for the merchandise I wanted to purchase, checked to make sure it was in stock and headed out as I couldn't wait for items to be shipped. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by sales associate who was able to find everything I had pictured and made suggestions for one charm that wasn't available at the time. She was very nice, efficient and wrapped my gifts.
