Around the holidays I purchased a Disney pandora ring. I wasn’t sure of my size and the finger placement I had wanted it on so I went with a size 7. It didn’t fit any of my fingers. After going back over 3 weeks later she was able to resize me with a size 5 and exchange my order. I was so happy because I had gotten a good deal on the ring and now I was able to finally wear it.

The staff member listened to me - made suggestions - quickly provided samples and ideas. Then let me know how close I was to earning an interest free experience. We both laughed, and then I added one more item!

Ally the sales associate is always knowledgeable and professional. She has great suggestions and is always friendly and sweet.

She wasn’t bothered cleaning my bracket or us going back and forth with pieces for daughters bracelet. She’s very sweet - your lucky to have her. Other associates brush clients off and just want to get them out. Thank you for having associates like her.
