the staff was friendly,professional knew what we wanted when we told her who we were buying for and the occasion. she also helped us in getting our bracelets cleaned. she also recommended what we could get for our mother.

Please don't advertise new products before they are available in the stores. This trip and prior visits, I have gone to multiple Pandora stores looking for a new product shown in the catalogs, but not yet in the stores. Apple does not do this type of egregious mistake.
