I knew exactly what charm I wanted before I visited the store. The lady greeted me as soon as I walked in. She knew exactly where to find the specific charm I requested. She gifted it for me so nice & neatly.. & I was in and out satisfied & in a timely fashion!

Our sales person, Ally I believe, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She directed us to the jewelry we were looking for and also pointed out new products that we may actually go back and purchase!
