In absolutely love the staff at this location! They are always inviting and knowledgeable and offer items that are catered to my taste. I frequent there often and this time I had the pleasure of seeing Britnee, who usually assists me and always makes sure to ask how I am even if she is not assisting me, I love that! I worked with Mallory who was so accommodating, she took her time helping me get the charms on my bracelet just the way I wanted them and knew right where to find the specific charms I came in for. The ladies at this store are phenomenal and the store is always super clean with great displays. No wonder they are always short on last chance charms because they make people want to come in shop again and again :)
