I was offered assistance immediately upon entering Pandora. I asked the sales associate if she could look up my past purchase as I was buying a gift and did not want to purchase a repeat charm, SA was happy to do so. I had my 2 children with me who were choosing the charms, the SA was patient with them in showing them a large variety of charms. I even asked for help in fitting my children for bangles, which was done with ease.

Lorri was very helpful and knew exactly where to look for what I requested. She made the sale easy and non-intrusive. She also engaged in enjoyable small talk while the transaction was processing.
