I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I showed her a picture from online and she knew exactly what it was. She was also very patient upon me making my decision on the exchange.

She was very helpful when we asked for a opinion and offered my daughter options on how the rings could be worn. It was a very pleasant experience for my daughter and I.
