I was very impressed with the representatives in your Hamilton Mall store. Even though I am from NJ would go back to this store again, Did not like ordering on line because when I received my package I had ordered 8 charms and received 2 had to call to find out what happened, they told me they were out of stock and I had to ask for the refund. Therefore I called 6 stores to see if they had what I needed for Christmas. This is how I ended up in Delaware, they were exceptional to deal with.
