The store was clean. The sales person that waited on me was very nice and helped in making my choices. Everything was marked for my ease.

I waited so that I could have Lorri do my sale and she is just the best. She knows her stuff, other sales girls go to her for her knowledge, and she is just the nicest person. When I need to shop at Pandora, I always request Lorri.

I was greeted when I entered the store, my name was put on a list and most important is my sales associate was, pleasant and very helpful.

All the sales representatives were very friendly and welcoming. This store location is always clean and bright. The showcasing of the jewelry is spotless. I always come out with something for myself.
