Our sales girl was great and really helpful with finding what we needed and had great suggestions for what to buy as a gift. We also received a bangle bracelet worth $90 for free with our purchase. Store was very busy so we waited a while for assistance but that is okay because we expect that during the holidays.

Not only did this location have the items that we were looking for but the staff went above and beyond to help me and my 13 year old daughter. I fell ill while shopping and asked them to assist her in completing the purchase while I stepped out to get fresh air. Not only did they assist her but they were genuinely concerned for my well being and sent a cold bottle of water out into the mall for me. This location has an amazing staff!

The salesperson came up to help me as soon as I walked in the store. I always shop at this pandora store and everyone is very helpful and there is no pressure. May I make just one suggestion, my granddaughters both swim and I would like to see soon a charm for swimmers, every time I shop there I ask the same question do you have a charm for swimmers? I am very pleased with all my purchases.
