Love this store and employees but was not able to take advantage of free bracelet offer because bracelets were sold out.

No dad or dad daughter charms

I was disappointed that the free bracelet was not available. There were no sales! And I feel that pandora should give the free bracelet after the holiday rush.

Did not have exactly what i was looking for

The service was okay but felt like I was being judged at first . The salesperson did seem a little more at ease after talking and showing me the size differences and selections of charms . She found me a collection that suited me in value and met my wishes . I have never had a problem at this store and will continue to do business.

Customer service is awesome

Everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable.

I was in there for a gift. Sales associate was nice, but during transa, she was trying to sell me credit card, charms, and cleaning kit. I just wanted to buy the bracelet. She was very nice.

The reason why I’m not Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience is because I wasn’t greeted as soon as I came in the store. I understand that everyone was with a customer but It takes one second to look up and say hi I’ll be with you shortly anything

It was my granddaughter’s 13th birthday and she was super excited about get her first Pandora bracelet, she’s also looking forward to building her bracelet with all the beautiful charms.
