I’ve been a long time customer of Pandora for many years, and over those years the customer experience has been lacking. In the beginning I felt welcomed and the sales associates took the time to work with you, now it’s feels less welcoming and more about the sale.

The associate that helped us was very short with us and cold. Kind of made me just want to leave. Like I'm clearly bothering you so let me leave.

I was looking for a flip flop charm for summer

Convenient location

Came in looking for small spacers to put in between my charms. I did not want anything with stones, there was nothing that liked in the spacers that were available at this store.

Everything was great but I myself personally I do not like when people hover over me while I make a selection. The woman was very kind but was hovering me until I made a selection so I rushed.

I was told when purchasing a bracelet that I had a years warranty. My bracelet had a ball that kept slipping. When I returned it, they reluctantly showed me a different bracelet which I ended up spending more money for....and trade in. Salesperson was giving me the run around until I ask to speak to a manager. She wasn't very friendly but did indeed fulfill my request by changing the bracelet out. I also spent more money on stoppers so charms would run around bracelet. I walked out of the store spending another 75 dollars, which I wasn't planning. I have spent a lot of money on charms and feel that your company should have monthly deals or rewards for a person that spends a lot of money in your store. It might make people come back and purchase more.......

Was told I had to return my item to the original store where I purchased it

The sales girl was great. She helped me make a selection and I was in and out of the store wuickly
