Becca helped me when I came in with a damaged bracelet, she directed me to where I could get that repaired in the mall. And she helped me pick out a great charm for my girlfriend’s birthday. She was very attentive and nice. Great experience!

There was an issue at an authorized Pandora Dealer and we decided to come to an official store much further out of the way. The sales associate and manager were extremely courteous, understanding, and patient. They were able to make up for all the wrong doing of the other store, with that said we all of our future purchases will be made at this store. Thank you!
