I am highly satisfied with Pandora because I love all their products. I buy all of my jewelry here and the experience has been great. I rarely have problems with my jewelry and when I do I contact Pandora and they fix the issue right away. Overall, love them!

I was helped immediately. The associate was very knowledgeable about all of the products. I happened to like a necklace but not the shape of the overlay, she knew right away there was another similar pendant without the shape. She was very sweet and got me checked out quickly
