I came into the Deptford mall store for a birthday gift for my daughter, I was immediately greeted by a sales person. She was very engaging and helpful. on this day I bought a charm for myself and for my daughter as well. I most certainly will be going back in the next few weeks

Every time I come in all of the associates are friendly, helpful, and time conscious since I am always in a rush! I have never had a bad experience in this store. I always come back for more!

My first time there! Knew nothing about the bracelets or charms. I was buying a gift for my cousin. The associate was amazing, patient and very helpful! I will be returning to purchase a bracelet for myself!!!

I have gone to the Deptford Mall store numerous times and have dealt with alot of employees, this time it was Liv and she was awesome. The most awesome person in that store is Lori, she is very nice, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face. Lori and Liv in my opinion are the best of the best that Pandora has.

The young woman named Haley was extremely friendly and had a great personality. Her customer service and ability to assist me was over and above average. Haley was knowledge about everything that I asked about. I recommend Haley as a person to help others when they shop at this location.

I went in with my husband to pick out a charm for Mother’s Day. This holiday is hard for us. We lost our firstborn just before Mother’s Day last year. The sales associate was very kind. We didn’t tell her about our son at first, but she asked how old he was and my husband told her. Most people shy away when I start crying, but she didn’t miss a beat. She pulled up other options for me to choose from. It’s always very awkward, but she made it easier.

I went to the Pandora in Deptford Mall, NJ yesterday afternoon. And was met by an associate named Grace. Naturally, I’m jittery and very indecisive… Grace was patient, polite, personable and prompt.
