This was the first time that I had went to this particular Pandora store and it was a great experience! I was waited on immediately as I entered the store. The associate was very informative with the knowledge of the items as well.

The associate who served me Ms. Gab was pleasant, approachable and engaging. She was patience and did not make it seem a if I was wasting her time nor did she hurry me yo make decisions. Even after buying items , she still took time to show me some other charms I was wondering about. At Not Time did she apply pressure to buy anything or anything else or apply for the credit card when I decline. She is an access and made me want to come back.

I went in the store for a specific item, no issues with availability and the sales associate was very helpful. I love the bracelet so much I ended up buying a few other items.

I was highly satisfied because my sales lady Victoria was absolutely the best. She had a great personality, went above and beyond to be helpful, she was great at helping to pick out bracelets and what charms would go with them
