I was recommended various items, being handicap the courteous of not standing in the one helped me

as my boyfriend and i were walking in, we were greeted right away by one of the workers with such a positive attitude. another worker right away came to us and checked my ring size. my boyfriend and i started to walk around to see which one i like, and another worker came and help us with the rest of the purchase. everyone was so beyond helpful and i loved it. im for sure coming back soon!

I purchased a necklace online for a Black Friday special that was missing in my package. After speaking to a representative for the online service they were able to issue me a refund but unfortunately did not have the necklace in stock online. They mentioned my local Pandora had one. I went in and spoke with Lorri and she was able to get me the exact necklace I was looking for. Along with this she was kind in matching the price I payed for the Black Friday sale. Great customer service.
