As soon as I walked in the store I was immediately greeted. And even through mask I could feel the warmth and kindness of the associates that assisted me. We even got to talk about my reason for purchasing. As I was celebrating a new job and becoming a mom for the first time. It was an amazing experience.

Victoria the Sales Rep was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about Pandora products, even showing me the bracelets she was wearing and which charms she liked the best. She was extremely upbeat and even had a sense of humor. I will definitely return to Pandora at the Deptford, NJ mall just to shop through her.

I went into the store with a very vague idea of what I wanted. All I knew was that I wanted to get matching charms for my mom and I because she’s moving to another state. The sales associate was so helpful. She showed me numerous options for what my goal purchase was.

FIRST OF ALL, I WANTED TO ORDER CHRISTMAS PRESENTS ALSO, BUT WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS A "30 DAY" RETURN POLICY. YOU SHOULD ACCOMMODATE FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS TO AT LEAST 15-30 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS. SO I DID NOT BUY THE 3 PRESENTS I WAS GOING TO IN ADDITION TO WHAT I BOUGHT. I WANTED "CHEERLEADER" EARRINGS. YOU SHOULD EXPAND YOUR CHILD SELECTIONS.

I walked in I was greeted with a smile the young lady asked could she help me. Then she proceeded to show me what I wanted to see. I made my selection got my military discount we said have a great day and parted ways.
