Very friendly personal service

I was greatly upon walking in the store by the sales associate Lorri B. I had no clue what additional charms to purchase that would match with the bracelet I had already started. She was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a couple charms. My bracelet looks great!

We were in a hurry so we arrived before the store opened. They opened right on time, and we were met with a very informed and polite Pandora representative! She listnened to us, got exactly what we needed. I would expect no less from Pandora!!

Because when I got there the associate jumped right in to help me look at and make decisions about a purchase that i wanted to make as a birthday present for my niece, she smiled the whole time which is a rare occurence in retail today. Once i made my purchase she allowed others to show me new merchandise and how I can better care for my pandora jewelry that I already own.
