Pandora Jewelry

Lorri B helped me. She was very attentive to my needs. I could not put on the bracelets, she showed me how and was very patient with me even though they had a line outside of the store. I asked for Disney charms and she showed me all the disney charms making sure to rotate in each case of charms as I looked through them. i wanted the Disney castle, she knew she did not have it and it was exclusive to the park only. When we got to the register i saw a bracelet i wanted on the picture behind the register. i told her i wanted that one instead, after i purchased another one. She quickly replaced the one i purchased with a new one, with no trouble and was very pleasant in doing so. Thank you Lorri B for making my experience a great one on Valentine's Day 2021. I was in the store a few weeks earlier and purchased a charm with my sister-in-law and had a great experience then too.
