I was highly satisfied because I had called around looking for this charm for my Goddaughter who just went back to college and this one of the things on her birthday list. Because she could not be with during this time during one of the biggest milestones in her life I wanted to make extra by getting one thing she really wanted. Not to mention I had to travel all the way to the mall and I'm on crutches and in a boot. I wasn't even in the store 10 minutes . Helpful and Quick service.
