Store was packed and seemed busy, I knew exactly what I was there for, an associate was in the locked case the earrings I wanted were in & I asked if she could just grab them while she was in there. She did and handed them to another associate to ring me out, 10 other people in the store and I was in and out in 5 mins! Very pleased?
