The knowledge & friendliness of the associate ! How clean the store is

I was shopping for a 60th birthday gift for a friend. The clerk immediately showed me options. The clerk was friendly, courteous and even wrap the gift for me!

My sale's person Kaitlyn O. was very friendly and helpful with everything. She answered any questions that we had, she was very nice. Thank you Katie!!

The Sales girl's in the Store wasn't extremely pleasant

The employees were happy to help me find the charms I was looking for. The looked in multiple cupboards and online. They also helped me rearrange my charms on my bracelet to improve its appearance. They all were fantastic!

Courtney S was amazing! When I went in, shortly after opening there were a few customers being helped by the two associates working! Separately both associates welcomed me into the store and also told me they would be with me next! As a retail manager, this level of service goes above and beyond! I did sign up for a credit card and she made sure to tell me all the perks of the card! I’m super satisfied with my purchase for my best friend! I will be back and already thinking of what I should purchase next! Awesome job to both ladies working while I was there! 10/10!!

The sales associate was so friendly and helpful to my son and I. She was extremely good at her job!!!

The young lady that helped me was very nice, and easy to talk to. She explained everything and showed us just what I was looking for. I will return to this location.
