I came in looking for on sale items. The staff quickly found what I was looking for. I was promptly shown what was available and I made my purchase.

I didn't come into Pandora to make a purchase, I was just shopping with my sister. The sales associate Taylor was very friendly. She was so good about answering all questions, concerns, & gave very useful information. She helped me pick out my first Pandora bracelet & charm. She was very patient, friendly & funny! Thank you Taylor! Now I'm hooked on Pandora!

Sales associate focused fully on me. She was engaging and took the time to try a lot of Bracelets and I never felt rushed. She did not engage others while helping me.

It was a sale!! When I walked by there was no line! And the associate that helped did not rush me she showed me whatever I picked out and she was overall nice!!

Belden village mall/Pandora customer service was amazing and professional. Versus I went to summit mall/Pandora the day before and was told to wait in line outside the store. Waited for 20 minutes then was told they was closed anc couldn’t service me. Summit mall Pandora sucks

Waiting in the corral outside of the store was rather annoying. There wasn't an employee or a sign or anything so when you first walk up to the line other random shoppers are saying " the line ends over here ". I understand Christmas Eve is an extremely busy and overwhelming day for anyone working with the public. But the girl seemed to be inconvenienced by me. Once I finally made it from the corral to the line to the store she said " Do you know what you're looking for? " I told her. She walked away grabbed the charm turned to another employee and said " she only wanted this you can ring her out. " There was no showing me the charm, asking if I happened to be interested in another one from the collection, asked if I wanted to browse. The other employee told her she could do it so she just walked up to the crowded register and started ringing me out. Again there was no communication or " follow me " or anything. I work in customer service so I understand what was probably going on in her head but at least attempt to be cheery.
