All the charms, rings and bracelets are so nice and sparkling who wouldnt want something this nice as a gift or a just because. Thank you! Oh! May consider adding a line for just chains or brackets for repairs. Just a thought.👏

While I was in the store I was impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The team was helping multiple customers at one time by answering quick questons and directing people, while still being able to focus on one particular customer each. I never felt rushed at all. Choosing charms and just the right bracelet size was more time consuming than I thought, but the associate was amazing.

Customer service was great! They were friendly very helpful and actually listened to what I was looking for. Made my first experience with Pandora easy and all about me. I felt great leaving the store and more then happy with my purchases that I came back the same day for more!

The sales associate was super friendly. When I asked to see the Harry Potter charms she not only showed them to me, but named every single one and knew exactly which one my daughter would want when I told her the little I know about Harry Potter. I don't remember her name , but she made my shopping experience outstanding!
