I was greeted right away by a very friendly associate. She was very knowledgeable in the products. I was there to purchase a charm bracelet for my 18 yr old daughter for Christmas. I was unsure of what charms to get her and she just asked me if my daughter was into any sports or had any hobbies. I told her she was into art and horses . She knew just the charm and it was perfect!

From the time I walked in, Cassie was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Customer service at its finest.
