I was greeted with great pleasantry and was waited on right away and just the jewelry charms in the sale offers was explained to me very thoroughly and I was able to had a wonderful experience that didn't involve a lengthy time

My boyfriend took me to get my first bracelet and charms for my birthday. We were immediately greeted, allowed to browse for a while without being bothered, and when we asked for help the associate was extremely helpful. She helped me decide styles, charms, metal options, etc. She spent over an hour with me adding and removing dozens of charms on multiple bracelets so I could see what they looked like until I found exactly what I wanted. Checkout was easy even though we ended up using both cash and credit, and she made sure to explain how to care for my jewelry, told me about their cleaning & repair services, and packaged everything up nicely. It was a fantastic experience, well above our expectations.
