Staff was fantastic my order was ready for pickup within 3 hour of placing it. I was even able to add a charm once I got there because I forgot online. Total time in store less than 10 minutes.

Store associate Courtney S (Employee No. 189541) was friendly and helpful. Immediately greeted me, asked what I needed, and rang me out. Highly recommend this store. I always go to that store to purchase gift cards for special occasion gifts.

Sales associate knew exactly what I wanted as I was describing it to her. She was very nice and friendly. She even cleaned my bracelet while she rang up the items I bought.

I am a repeat customer many times with Pandora (Belden store) and always will be. Great selection, clean environment ... but the biggest reason is the outstanding staff! They are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help at all times. They make you feel like your the most important customer in the place... even when they are very busy and have multiple customers in the store. I will always be an appreciative and loyal customer!
