I bought a charm for Mother’s Day. It was out of stock at the Belden Village location, but the staff was very helpful in ordering the item in from another store. This enabled me to come in and buy the item in the store closest to me. When I came in to pick it up, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

Staff greeted me immediately upon entering the store examined my bracelet and cleaned for. I purchased the cleaning kit upon their recommendations
