Service was impeccable!

We received very prompt and friendly service. Our sales girl was very helpful and patient. My granddaughter requested Pandora rings for Christmas. We found 3 for her and one for me, and very happy that they were on sale. Will be back for future purchases.

They moved people in fast and greeted everyone. I ended up also getting someone else a gift along with my purchase.

Good customer service

We visited the store on Black Friday, I was expecting to wait in long line. There was maybe 3 people ahead of us. The lady assisting people in line was very helpful and friendly. Courtney helped us when we went into the store, she was great and showed us different options and explained the placers and how they keep your charms balanced. I was extremely happy with the prices and service.

Although the pandemic limited the number of customers, the associates did their very best to move the lines along and serve everyone’s needs.

I had never been to Panora before! I was a bit anxious because of the stigma with sales associates. The lady who greeted me at the door was absolutely great. She was so helpful and knowledgeable! She really did make my purchase enjoyable! I will definitely be back to make future purchases with her!
