Associate was friendly and store was clean

We have been in the store in Belden Mall several times over the past couple of months buying things each time. Victoria has been our sales person most of the time, this time it was Victoria and Courtney. Both of them are amazing and make the experience so incredible. They, along with the jewelry are why we come back. You have two incredible sales associates in these young ladies they deserve kudos.

Sales lady was very helpful, we returned a bracelet for warranty and she gave us a new one, and then we bought the matching necklace, ring and earrings to go with the set.

Store assistant manager was very sweet and respectful, she helped me through and was very patient

Josie, was awesome! She helped pick the perfect ring combination for me and my mom! I am very pleased with all her help and knowledge!

Every one was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well presented. Shopping and check out was very easy. Pandora is taking proper precautions for COVID.

Every purchase with Pandora is always pretty and of good quality. The service is always excellent. I love all of Pandora's fine jewelry. I have lots of friends and family that purchase a lot of Pandora. WE LOVE IT!

It was fast and the workers were very nice. They had my selection ready and put it in a pretty bag with the gift receipt.
