I was satisfied because i was greeted right away, staff continued to be helpful throughout the tome when i was looking for a ring. Staff allowed me to try on as many rings as i wanted and had no problem with it! Great experience!

Super sweet and helpful

charm I was seeking was only available on a bracelet in a showcase, and they knew just where it was at and got it out for me. also, since me or my husband has made many purchases over last several years, i have about 50 of the very pretty gift bags(how can they be thrown away?) I brought one with me to reuse for my purchase, and the sales ladies were very gracious regarding that, per my request! I appreciated that more than anything. I imagine I'm not the only woman who just cant throw these bags away; maybe more customers could be encouraged to bring Pandora bag with them when making another purchase.
